Apartments
We offer two apartments for year-round rental in the heart of the Plateau-Mont-Royal: a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom. Quiet and bright, they share a small, tree-lined garden away from street noise.
When we go on trips, we also offer our main residence, a 3-bedroom apartment, for rent. This large, bright apartment is arranged around a lovely private terrace.
1 BEDROOM
A 45m² apartment with one bedroom and a shower room. Fully equipped and close to all the services and shops of the Plateau. It is set back from the street, away from traffic noise, and features a terrace and a shared garden. You will be charmed by the decor and the peaceful atmosphere of the place.
3 BEDROOMS
This charming 210m² apartment features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It includes a living room, an office, and a large open-plan living area serving as a kitchen, dining room, and relaxation space with a wood-burning fireplace. The apartment is arranged around a large terrace. You'll love the mezzanine bedroom with its own bathroom and private terrace. The apartment is very bright thanks to its large windows.
